can anybody tell me where does the fault lie?

read carefully the details and there you can see what is the fault , maybe there is one recepient that is invalid or maybe a server error of the reciepient.

This happens to me all the time. There are usually 2 reasons:

1. The person is not in your address book, or you are not in theirs--especially if one or the other has changed their email address lately.

2. The other person's email inbox (or email space) is full. You might have to contact them and ask if this is the case.
