Email dont work

every time i try to go on myspace it keep telling me that the email have too many failed attempts and my email is [e-mail] but i think that it dont work because i dont have peoplepc account any more thats way it dont work what can i do? i open a deferent account in myspace but i want to get in in my old one so i can change it
