Email search?

i'm trying to find an email address of friends i've lost touch with, i'm not looking for moronistic answers like" call them" or "call a friend who knows them" time and space have made sure their are not many if any of either, so please serious answers only is their such a thing as a email directory by province i've recently lost my childhood best friend and i'm desperately trying to contact his family. Is their a way????

Yes. Go to http://members.yahoo.com and click on "Advanced Search" in the first box. You can try inputting information there. If they enabled their directory setting, they should show up with a Yahoo! Profile page (not just yahoo.com addresses appear, but that is the main address in the directory).

You can try to search on http://people.yahoo.com/ which broadens the search a bit. You won't get a Profile page, but a third-party summary of the information (if you want to go further, you may need to pay).
