A simple way is to just put a link in the e-mail to the website page that you use to view the video.  If you have the video as a file on your computer, then send the file as an attachment with your e-mail.  Many e-mail providers put a limitation on the max size of an attachment so you might have to first compress the video file. A different approach would be to send the video file directly using a messaging  program such as Windows Live Messenger.
