Emailing coach about a ministry Idea?

This is what I sent to get info from the gwinnett gladiators office. what should I say to coach?:

To whom it may concern:

My name is Christina Kimball and I’m from Loganville, GA. I started a ministry called line changers ministry. See what I wanted to do is send the boys on the team cards when they are sick or injured and send them stuff like playing cards and books when they are on the road. Also I will and have been praying for them. Please let me know how I can help and who I need to contact and how I can contact them.

My name is Dean and I'm from Minneapolis.  Look up www.hockeyministries.org .  HMI (Hockey Ministries International) is a well respected organization that reaches out to all hockey levels.  They will be happy to give you guidance on how to approach the coach.  Good luck to you!
