Emails from outlook to hotmail users being returned?

question to all you clever people out there, please help i have not got a clue

very recently i have become unable to send emails to hotmail accounts I can recieve them but not reply-ok to other accounts

does anyone have any ideas as to what settings have changed and where I look to put it back to the way it was

The settings required are POP3 for incoming mails, SMTP for outing going mails, IMAP. Password is sometimes required but not compulsory.Check your outlook settings and make sure they are properly setup. hence i forget you might need to contact your (ISP) Internet service provider to get the appropriate settings. If you are with BT just go to the FAQ frequently asked question i am sure you will find everything there. Hope this little information helps
