i want to get emancipated from my mother. what do i have to do. if anyone can answer my question that'll be great and 10 points 4 u

you have to get a lawyer to petition the court, and prove you are cable of taking care of yourself

you have to get a lawyer first because its like "divorcing" your mom but you are going to have to have a REALLY good reason and you are going to show that you can support yourself and have another place to live... call the child protective services and ask them .. but unless your mom is abusing you in any way then i suggest you stay with her i hope its not because she wouldnt let you go with your friends or something ...

You must get a lawyer.   You have to have a good reason, for instance abuse, not she didn't let you buy something or something like that.  You then would have to find someone to take care of you until you're 18, and who knows they could be worse than your mom.  It's a lot of work, and I hope you make the right choice!
