how to i get emancipated?

Are you terribly abused, in foster care, an orphan, have parents who are misusing funds you earned, or something like that?  If not, you probably can't become emancipated.  If you just don't like your parents or their rules, you are a common teenager.

It's very simple. I dont know your personal life or if you're only rebelling against your parents, so therefore I have no cocky comment on that. However, I was emancipated when I turned 17 because I had no parents. The only thing you have to do is show an attorney proof that you can support yourself and make it on your own. I paid a total of $50.00, so it's not very expensive. Dont let a lawyer tell you any different; If they try to charge you more, see a different one. But, I'm sure there are different laws on the subjects in different states.....
