Emancipation laws in PA...anyone know where to find the correct most recent laws?

No but you better be able to prove that you can support yourself 100% and finish your education if you haven't already.  A judge won't grant an emancipation otherwise.

Pennsylvania's emancipation laws are set by the county.

Each county has different rules about it and not all of them offer emancipation.  

Each case is decided by a court on a case by case basis.

Not all requests for emancipation are granted because the courts sometimes want to see a resolution of the family problems through mediation or some other means.
