ok

this question is more than a little personal. but its something im stressing about and i dont want to talk to my friends or family. a couple of my friends are doing swimming this year. for one its his third year for the other its his first. and they want me to do it. and i really want to it sounds like fun. but im extremely self conscious about my size. down there that is. soft its about three inches. and im worried that ill get made fun of while wearing a speedo or the compression shorts. is that what theyre called in swimming? it could do serious harm to my reputation and what people think about me. which sounds stupid but its true. does anyone know how much compression shorts show? because i wont be wearing a speedo for that reason. idk. or i know there isnt but is there a way to get bigger or look bigger at least?

  1. Most girls like a big package. So it shouldn't be a problem. But if you are really that worried just wear trunks or something like that. Anything is going to show less than speedos. Jammers also can be good

  2. honestly

i think when people are watching u swim

they're not going to focus right on that

    of course naturally

everyone's curious (even the typical straight male)

but no one's going to give u c**p even if they do see

because it'll be more embarrassing for them to bring it up and show that they were checking out ur package

    most swimmers i've noticed

u can't really tell how "big" they are

unless they're wearing speedos containing an elephant trunk

if you don't meet that then no one's going to pay attention

and this is from someone that is curious enough to pay attention

    and believe me

i don't remember anything of people's sizes after watching a swim team lol

i doubt anyone's gonna take mental notes

and if they do they're going to forget

i would just go for it if i were u

if ur self conscious about that

then how is ur first time going to be?

    btw

this is coming from someone that's smaller than u bub

and i'm probably way more self conscious than u

but i know the advice that i should probably hear myself

  3. dont worry about it. first of all people wont be staring at your crotch. second of all people would just assume you have shrinkage or something (that happens with swimming, a lot). the best way to hide it would be to wear a drag suit over your speedo or jammers (jammers are the compression short things your talking about). with jammers nobody really shows anything so if you wear jammers you have nothing to worry about at all.

  4. Stuff it. Maybe a piece of neoprene off a wet suit.

You'll probably be fine though. Everyone's shrinks in water. Just keep saying "man, it's cold in here". You'll be fine.

  5. Look i know this kid on my swim team, he probably has erectile disfunction or something. IF you know what i mean, he doesn't look shameful or anything.

HELPFUL PART~!~!~!- I got the perfect solution. Wear a DRAG SUIT. If you don't know what that is, its a suit that goes OVER your swimsuit/jammers. Go to a swim shop and ask for it, then when you see it...you will be plenty relieved. GOOD LUCK

  6. Dude, compression shorts don't show a whole lot, i honestly wouldnt worry about it! I wear compression shorts alot and you really cant tell a lot about how big someone is just by looking through the shorts. Plus your size is totally average man. Dont be ashamed of what God gave you and definatly go out for the swim team... youll love it!

  7. dude, I happen to swim and I have a rather large package.  I just flaunt it.  Speedos are the best way you can flaunt your package in public.  And, if you are tiny, then don't worry.  If no one can see anything or you have a bulge the size of a pimple, then folks will think you just really stuffed yourself down in the speedo, rather than thinking you are so small.  And, if you have nice pecs and broad shoulders from swimming, they will be checking out those body parts, not to say your butt as you get out of the pool.  So, swim, and flaunt your body.  Be proud of what you have.  And, if you don't have much, then don't worry.
