Embarassing condition bugging me all day, how can I get rid of it?

For the last 2 days, I have had really bad as, and I don't know why. I don't eat beans, and it's been a while since I ate cheese as well. At work, I basically have to hold it in until I get to a washroom, and at home, well same thing (I have manners and go to the washroom). I have tried a few gas medications to get rid of it, but I still have it. How can I get rid of this bad gas I'm having? What are some ways to prevent getting so much gas, and how can I get rid of it. Don't have any medicine for it right now, are there any natural ways? What's a good thing to recommend to someone with bad gas, it's annoying, and i hate it. what do I do?

  1. Try activated charcoal, you can get it at a health food store.  Gas X is supposed to be good.  It is something you are eating.  Healthy food, like veggies, will give you gas.  soda pop will give you gas too, if you drink soda, I'd give it up for awhile and see if it helps.


  2. the best solution for this is ginger! add it to your cooking as oftenas possible . it is simply the best.

  4. eat slower and chew your food more,drink water through your meal and dont eat mushrooms or rich foods and change your diet!  

  5. Make sure to drink something hot in the morning to take off gas. Don't wait too long to eat because that can cause gas to build up and then when you eat heavy food (such as lunch or dinner) you could begin to feel gassy and uncomfortable. If you have to have a late lunch or dinner drink something hot first to take off the gas such as soup, tea etc and wait about fifteen minutes before you start eating something substantial. It is also good to ensure that you carry a fruit with you that whenever you start to feel a little hungry you have something to eat that can tie you over until lunch and dinner.
