Embarrasing-my toilet wont flush and it's clogged to the top and it wont go down i've tryied everything

Question

ive tried the dish soap hot water - but not together i tried putting hot water in a bottle and put it down the drain with pressure from squeezingg the bottle and i tried un clogging it with a hanger - i have no plunger and my father gets so pissed when i clog it-this doese'nt happen very often

You'll need a plumber's snake from under the house.

I've heard my husband yell at my son for this very same problem so many times, I feel for you.

Unfortunately, you'll have to tell your dad. Let him know that it's common for boys to clog toilets, but good luck regardless.

if it's just toilet paper it will probably clear itself .give it a little time if it's been slow for sometime you might need to be more aggressive. go under the house and find the toilet connection .look for a clean out ,it looks like a s***w cap ,just twist off with a wrench.get a garden hose and see how far you can push you might just have a wad there so push it through..................tom

You can get a plumbing snake at Home Depot or Lowes and run it down through the trap.  If that does not do it, then you have a blockage in the waste pipe of your house and that will need for you to remove the toilet and run a different kind of snake all the way to the end, either to your septic or the sewer.  You can rent the big machines.  Most people call plumbers for that though.
