I have thick white discharge and I hate it! Is their anyway I can get rid of it or make it more clear?

If it isnt itching it probably isn't a yeast infection.  Some women have it after  period more than other times.  Some have been tested and have no infections or STD's  Nest time you go to .Dr have them check it out   Go  to  righthealth.com  It can be hormone changes.

try drink more water and eating more protein but its normal all girls have it.

oh and its also what comes out of a woman who ejaculates

It's likely normal. Unless the white discharge is cottage cheesy--then it could be a  yeast infection. There's no way to stop the discharge--it's natural and healthy.

ummm.... not if it's your normal discharge. You can try to flush your system by drinking more water and yogurt will help with bacteria... but if your discharge is just normally heavy or thick, that's your body. I would recommend having it checked out just in case. You may have an infection. Are you on bc pills? The hormones could cause a change in your discharge. You may want to discuss switching with your dr as well. Good luck!

you should try drinking lots of water and cranberry juice
