  1. keep track of what u eat and how it makes u feel and if it makes u feel crappy after a lil while don't eat it anymore...same with drinks

  2. You probably need regular infusions of acidophilus. It is a digestive flora. Your digestive flora/fauna is probably out of whack due to the lactose problem. You can buy it in the food supplement aisle of almost any food store. The same place you find vitamins.

The rumbling is due to gas. Simethicone is the specific for this.

It can be purchased under the name of Gas-x or Bean-o

  3. try and stay away from foods with milk in it mostly and try that it couldhelp and dont' take laxatives they can make you used to them and then you can't go without them that is bad. take care.

  4. Laxative is not safe to use regularly. You will become dependent on it (not like a narcotic)--but rather, your body will be used to it, and when you' stop, you'll be plugged up.

My stomach growls when I drink milk, too (with cereals in the morning when I am at work). Although I do not have lactose intolerance (which a lot of Asians do), milk makes me "go" easier-if you know what I mean. So I don't mind that.

You're not experiencing any cramps, pain or bloody stool--so all you have is loud stomach. I say big deal. (I'm not being insensitive about your problem by the way). I used to get cramps all the time and it was gas (got a scope and everything was "clear"). Thank goodness I said.
