  1. I don't understand your question.

    China is not going let Tibet get away, and the US and allies are scared of China so they'll obey. Same reason they don't recognise Taiwan (ROC).

  4. I'm sure the minute Tibet is free, the US will recognize them officially, and start diplomatic relations.  In fact, I'd even bet the State Dept has plans locked in a safe to do this.
