Embassies and Consulates?

Back here in my country,F-1 visa appointments were normally scheduled for wednesdays but for about 2weeks now they send or can send any F-1 appointment schedule to any category(can be immigrant visas,B-2,H1) etc and so i will like to indepthly now if any consular is well vexed to conduct any form of interview?I want to know bcos what i knew was the consular who normall did F-1 really new the F-1 visa terrain and were mostly experienced in F-1 interviews but know its a different thing altogether,anyconsular officer can conduct any interview at anytime.2_to this consular officer who normall y do H1,B2 and immigrant visas really do the F-1 interviewing requirments, skills and the requirements needed to be met b4 issuing the F-1 visa,do they know the f-1 visa interviewing concept?3_are this officers not meant for specific classes of visa interviewing or any person is well qualified for any interview?4_do they have the exact skills that specific F-1 interviewers have?5-are they very mean to

Preparation is the best offense against the interview for an F-1 visa.  There will be no fear about the schedules of the interview for an applicant who is prepared to answer all questions.
