Embroidery message

Question

I have the message:drop the feed dogfree arm system:do not connect hoop until porcessing is completed and check button (layout 1) is pushed.I hit the escape button and nothing happens. This is the first time I have seen this message after drop the feed dog message. I turned it on and off, reinstalled the embroidery arm without any success. same message, can't escape.please help. Need to embrioder 10 hand towels for volley ball team by this Friday.
