Emergency! Chiropractic help needed

I think i threw my back out of place when i was golfing earlier this week, it onyl hurts when i do a full golf swing, and is a sharp shooting pain all over my body. I have golf tryouts tomoorrow at 7 in the morning, is there any ways i can realign my back tonight, or help minimize the pain besides icing and heating?

  1. When my back goes out I have my husband stand behind me, wrap his arms around me and pick me up and do a little(very slight) shake.  I feel and hear it pop and it works so well.

    You will have to fold your arms across your chest and have someone who is strong and big pick you up from behind, putting their arms around your arms and picking you up.

    It works!

  2. depending on your location, there are chiropractors that have emergency hours/number that you could get in tonight, or tomorrow before try outs.

    Definitely ice

    Don't find someone strong to "put you back in", the specificity of a chiropractic adjustment does not have to do with strength, it is about correct vectors, force, and positioning of the vertebrae, you could do more harm

    If you have a cardio ball, you can do stretches with it to minimize the spasm


  3. my back goes out all the time

    It helps to do stretches.  Kneel down,with your butt on your heels and bow forward (like how you see islamics bow). make sure your arms are forward.    Also, with your knees still on the ground, put the palms of you hands on the ground and arch your back up like a scared cat.

    Go online and google back stretches for more ideas. Icing is a good idea too.

  4. I'd avoid the heat for sure. Heat will just bring more inflammation to it.

  5. get some one strong to find that part and put it in place same thing happened to my dad
