Hi all, I've been on a pre holiday diet and off on a long flight to go treckking early .tomorrow morning. Unfortunately my diet had left me a bit "bunged up" ( three days) .I really need something that will work today! before I start travelling. The thought of having to take a laxative when on a walking holiday is a nightmare!..lolI need a really quick and very certain fix / laxative remedy that will work today whilst I have some time even if I'm running to the loo!HELP! suggestions and experiences please

I have tried this method and it works lovely. Salt water, I used table salt as that was all I had. If you use table salt place 6tbs of salt in 250ml of boiling water, wait too cool or add ice watever then drink (Needs to be warm though). I reccomend that before you do this, drink lots of water and eat a reasonable amount of food.
Another thing to keep in mind, the salt and the relief will dehydrate you so once your bowls have stopped then drink lots and lots of water. To prevent that from occuring.
Tip: To avoid constapation in the future four cups of warm water (or room temperature, if you cant take the heated water) every morning as part of your daily routine.

This happened to my mother. At emergency they gave her an e***a. When that didn't work, they put something up there and found an intestinal blockage. She had surgery right away, where they removed a knot of intestine. http://noxedgereviews.org/
Once on the way home from picking some fresh fruit (can't recall what it was exactly) but it was SO delicious, I ate a HUGE CONTAINER FULL IN THE CAR ON THE WAY HOME. Made it home, too..... just in time... d**n, you'd think I'd learn. (age 60 at the time) ;) LOL
