Emergency need help retrieving data from computer?

i was cleaning out my computer and deleted some work from Microsoft Excel without realising what i was deleting and then without anymore thought i continued to empty my recycle bin. is there anyway of retrieving this work now?

yes there is Data is written in voltages and layers. You can use a program called GETDATABACK and its in 2 formats FAT32 and NTFS

Yes, deleting files only prevents your operating system from viewing them, you can still find them and restore them with an application.  However, when your computer writes more data to the hard disk, it can overwrite deleted data, so try to get to not use the computer much until you find the file you looking for.
