Emergency numbers list?

Does anyone know how I can make it so all I (or maybe anyone) has to do is push one key or type a short word (like "HELP") and a screen pops up with all my emergency phone numbers?

  1. This information is for Windows XP, it might also be good for 2000, NT, and 2003 Server, not sure about Vista.

    1.  Use Notepad to create a list of all your help phone numbers, and save it on your computer but remember where you saved it to.

    2.  On your desktop, right-click and mouse over New and then select Shortcut.

    3.  Type in the directory where you saved the help phone number .txt file at, or click on Browse... and go to the folder where you saved the file at.

    4.  Click on OK every time you need to in order to create the shortcut, and name the shortcut HELP, or H E L P !!!

    5.  Click OK once more, you are done!

    6.  can then right click on the shortcut, select Properties.

    7.  The third box where it says Shortcut key: click in that box ONCE.

    8.  Now, press down any combination of keys to create a keyboard shortcut to that link.  Something like Alt Ctrl Esc. Press and hold down the Alt key, then press the Ctrl key and hold it down as well, then press the Esc key.  The commands will automatically be put in the Shortcut key box.

Next time you have an emergency, you can simply press that combination of keys to bring up that Notepad file with the help numbers on it!

May you never have to use it, but it is good to have!
