Why are you asking US? I see that you are copying a bunch of exam questions about power plant design and posting them on this board. Surely answering this question is supposed to be a part of your education? If WE were to answer it, then you wouldn't HAVE an education!

Well in this here field of engineering, I am afraid it just will not fly. If you DO want to trade your looks for favors, watch the movie about Howard Hughes to see the right way to do it. Answering your question is simple but difficult all at the same time. The best emergency power supply is based on nature willing to give it up at a minimum price to harvest it with man made items. The best design I know of is based not on a diagram but based on scientific research and response photos. But the best emergency power supply is one that dint need no form of fuel but its own kinetic energy and natures assistance for it. And asking for something that is sketched and diagrammed out for you, will cost you for the concept, plus diagrams, and the potential prototype.

To bad someone is trying to steal my idea for the self providing Building of certain sources provided by nature at this time.
