I have a simple question...

Is a psychiatrist counted as a scientist?

Or is that only a psychologist?

none of them are.

psychiatrist is more a doctor who gives meds.

and a psychologist just speaks and more or less like counselling.

Neither of them are scientists. A psychiatrist has a medical degree though, while a psychologist doesn't.
