Emerson mw8115ss microwave

Question

dishes get way too hot in microwave. food does not get as hot as the dish. I have double checked all dishes and they are all microwave safe. Had microwave for two years now and did not have this problem for approx the first year. It actually makes me nervous to use it. Thanks for your help hope you have solved this problem before. PJ
