  1. Well the quickest way would be for your son to go over on a holiday visa to stay with auntie, then get married to a Australian national.  The legal way is to apply to emigrate, but this can take up to a year, but he may not qualify as you gain points on trade, qualifications, finances, family connections, married with children, etc, etc.

  2. quickest way is for him to go there on a working holiday visa. Most companies can give it to you within a few days. When he's over there he can work etc for a year and look for jobs and if he has a trade he is in demand over there so getting a job in his qualified trade wont be a problem and soon he wil find a sponsor. I think with the sponsor its 4 years then you can apply for residency. Is an amzing place wish i was back there, but im working on it

  3. The quickest way is if he applies for a job and is sponsored by a firm that values his skills. They will help coordinate paperwork and potentially expedite the process.

Check out some of the sites below for information the WA government immigration incentives, general immigration procedures and job agencies targeting tradespeople.

  4. there is no quick way

unless your son is a skilled and experienced worker in a field Australia needs or can find a company to sponsor him he will have trouble qualifying to immigrate to Australia.............it is very difficult to immigrate here

  5. The quickest way will be to apply for a Working Holiday visa. That will allow him to work at any job for up to 6 months with each employer. If he is a good worker in his trade, it shouldn't be too difficult to find an employer who is prepared to sponsor him for a Skilled Worker visa if his trade is listed on the Skilled Occupations List (SOL)

If he is willing to work in a regional area rather than one of the large cities, everything will be faster and easier as skilled workers are in extremely short supply in regional areas and there are fewer requirements relating to  a worker's level of experience.

  6. If his trade qualifies him as a skilled worker it will be alot easier, if not you could have some troubles. The process is a very long one but you could always apply for a visa first and then look into continuing the stay once he's here.

    http://www.immi.gov.au has the legalities.
