well. overall i would pick emma roberts because she seems to be doing movies for her career and wanting to continue her career in hollywood. miley seems to want to start controversy, from the pictures on her myspace to the vanity fair and she is messing with her career. so overall, emma roberts.

BUT, who has a better chance of making it bigger in hollywood-miley cyrus because she has a huge fan pull that wont go away.
