  1. You may want to scream at yourself for making many unforced errors.. break some rackets.. Or you can emulate berserk like Johnny Mac..these can be advantageous to help you win many matches.

  2. In my matches I've found that a good way to keep focused it to concentrate.  If you taped one of your matches you shouldn't be able to tell if you won or lost the point by watching your transitions.  A great way to concentrate is, as soon as the point is over, put the racket in your non-dominant hand and concentrate on something small, such as a vibration dampener.  That's not to say you shouldn't show helpful emotions such as victory. : ) Good luck.

  3. just remember that ur opponent can see what u are doing. so if ur mad they will take advantage of that.  its always good to pump yourself up after a shot but make sure it isnt when ur opponent hits and unforced error. never be disappointed during a match because it will only make u play worse. if that happens do a fist pump or something to build momentum.

  4. THose emotions can help you achieve victory but if its too extreme just take deep breaths and just remember its only a game. The main idea is to have fun. If you win then woot but if you lose you have mor eexperience and can be used to win next time

  5. show some emotion but only positive emotion.  Keep under control and remember your giving your best.  If u give ur best u should never be dissapointed

  6. use ur emotions to ur advantage. anger=power sadness=u trying to win pride=um..... idk. sorry

  7. Anger - Don't be a showoff and hit your racket on the ground and scream. It's ubiquitous and makes you look...bad

Pride - Don't hide your pride!

Sadness - Realize it's not the end of the world and get on with it.

  8. Keep your frustration inside you. Throwing your raquet or abusing counts for rules violation. Remember to stay calm! Let the anger be your strength and help you play better!!

Its good to be proud, if you're not being stuck-up!

Awwwwww you don't have to be sad on court! If you lose, just remember its a GAME, and you'll have plently of more chances to make up for the defeat! Crying or being depressed won't help!

Tennis is a passionate game for sure, but you shouuld keep SOME of your emotions to yourself. Good luck!

  9. umm...take a ton of perkaset? lol idk
