Emperor's New Groove Cake Idea?

Question

I'm trying to design a cake and can't think of anything. Anyone got any ideas or maybe you've seen a picture?

I'm pretty talented and can do most cake decorating techniques, so I'm looking for more than the typical toy on a sheetcake. This is also for a grown man, not a kid. Other than that, I'm open to whatever. Thanks!
