Employees not following safety rules. What to do?

We run a lawn maintenance business. Our employees won't use sunscreen because they want to be all brown and they won't wear earplugs or take them out when we're not looking. Will we get in trouble even if we readily supply them with earplugs and sunscreen?

Make them sign a statement states that it is their own risk. And they will not sue for any health damages. Consult you worker insurance company and local goverment safety board.
