Employees using gloves at Penn Station?

Question

On the only 2 visits I've had at Penn Station, the employees did not use gloves when making the sandwiches.....

This just doesn't seem right. And they make the subs right in front of you. The place was busy both times, so I just overlooked it, and ate the food anyways telling myself this was normal - lol

What do you think? Would you have raised h**l?

Or does anyone work there and for some off the wall reason these food handlers aren't required to wear gloves

If the employees are just making sandwiches & nothing else... it doesn't bother me.  I don't wear gloves & make  my sandwiches at home.
