I have an employer that has divulged personal finacial information about me to another employee. The information was given to the employer on a personal and confidental level. The other employee did not need to know this information to perform their job. The employer has admitted to divulging this information and did not give a reason why she divulged this info other than a conversation between her and an employee is between the 2 of them and is non of my business. I object and state taht since it was about me it is my business. Is there any legal recourse i can persue? and to whom do i persue this?
