Employer refuses to pay for time at clinic.

Question

We get random urine tested often,and it takes one to two hours for the whole process.We are instructed to clock out and drive to the clinic,wait to see the nurse,pee in the cup and go.Sometimes it can take most of the afternoon.I asked if we could go during working hours and my boss refused saying it's our own obligation,not theirs and that it is not to be on the clock.I disagree,and wanted to find a labor law stating so I can show them.Where can search to find the right answer?

wel you did agree to do a drug urine test when you applied and accepted the job.
