Employer review search?

I am about to go work for a new employer and want to do a search to see if they are a good company to work for. Any suggestions?

    I've just started a not for profit website, where folk can post reviews about employers. It's called EmployAdvisor. Web address: www.eadvi.com

    Site is very new, so may not help now, but it will help others like you, I hope very soon. Anyway, check it out and tell me what you think.
