What do you know about our company?

also

If someone has never had work experience before and they get asked to describe a time when they provided excellent customer service, what would be a good way to answer without just saying "I've never worked before"

  1. My mom has a friend that excel in interviews, her trick is, for example, if she is applying for a library job, day before the interview she will look up alllllllllllllllllllllllllll the data on the library, and even their headquarters and stuff. Do something like that and you'll probally be fine.


  2. What do you know about our company?

    ---look at their website to find answers, or look to the web for companies that do the same kind of thing.

    If someone has never had work experience before...

    ---tell the truth, that you don't have "paid" work experience (emphasize the paid word).  Then tell them times you have volunteered, or helped someone in need, or done above and beyond in household chores.

    I'd consider hiring someone like that!
