Employess of an business park in spots for up to 5 hours or more that are reserved for customers. Advice?

These parking spots have a posted 2 hour limit. Parking clerk is part time. I have spoken with the business owners and employee unsuccessfully.

If the spots are on the street, and the parking is under the jurisdiction of the city, then request some time at the next City Council meeting to discuss your concerns.

Contact the landlord or manager of the business park.  Tell him/her the trouble you are experiencing and what you have already tried to correct it.
