Perhaps if you actually asked a question we may be able to help so,I am going to take a stab at what I think your question "might be".

Are you looking for employment with whoever looks after (monitors) prisoners who are fitted with Tag's.

Most companies (uk) who do this are well known security companies such as Securicor or Reliance Security and maybe some others,I think there is also a company called Serco or Selco who also do prisoner escorts to and from court,I am sure the courts will be able to advise you.

Maybe you could "google" uk prisoner escorts"or,uk prisoner/offender tagging companies.

Huh?  Are you insinuating that people being released from prison are tattoed by the government?  Or had graffiti sprayed on them?  Or, even better, a michrochip implanted with GPS?

do you mean 'can prisoners work whilst on HDC?' yes they can so long as they keep the curfew times.

or do you mean you want to work for the security company that run HDC? it's run by a company called SERCO
