Employment visa cancellation fee??

Question

if i already signed contract with one of hotel in dubai and they already got my employment visa

but the other time i get another better offer from other hotel also in dubai

can i get employment visa from this new hotel?

because i prefer to join with this new hotel

im afraid if the old employment visa will become a trouble for me to get new employment visa from the hotel that i want

and the old hotel told me to pay the employment visa that they applied for

so how much i have to pay in this situation?
