Emptiness Feeling..?

Hey, I don't know why..

But I've Always got this feeling of emptiness in my stomach

I haven't done anything to feel guilty or anything.

I dont really think its depression, though it feels like it.

Its not nice :\

I want to get rid of it, I've tried making myself busy but that doesn't work

    you may have you been rejected and never really got over it and you might not even notice?

  3. I get that alot. Im not really sure what it is, I try things make me feel happy or that I enjoy. Like listening to music and joking around with my friends. Maybe your just going through a rough time at the moment? Or hormones?  

  4. Sometimes you can "disconnect" your self from part of your psyche (or soul, or emotions, or whatever you want to call it.)

    It can be for a wide range of different reasons, but is most commonly caused by a traumer, or the soon to be disconnected part "feeling so bad" that the rest of the psyche disconnects from it.

    Most people will experence it to some extent in their lives.

    Don't worry be happy, it will most probably come back when the time is right. Do what you love doing and you'll engage a different part of your self and the empty feeling might just go away.

    Learning about your self and why things are what they are for you is the best way to make that time come around quickly.

    They sometimes come together.

    Have you got a circle of friends? Maybe a special one that you can talk to.

    Having someone special in your life could do the trick!

  7. It may be worth examining the cause via 'insight meditation'. I found my feelings of emptiness centred around a well installed sense of fear and profound dis-connection. I'm sure you've come across the phrase 'lonely even in a crowd of people'? To me the sense you describe is a positive in that it may prompt you to change. What ever the case I wish you all the best, peace however fleeting can be found.

  8. i get that it's really annoying. i find by watching something funny or be around my funny friends when i laugh it gets rid of it. are you worried about anything or stressed? maybe play a sport. i get the feeling of emptiness when i'm stressed and by playing sport you can sort of throw and vent it out if you get me.

  9. First of all you need to know what causes this "emptyness" although you say you have nothing to feel guilty about, it could be otgher things like, nothing new and exciting happening, bad love life etc....

    You need to try new things and see what fills that "void"
