Empty Disk frustrations

Product name = Lisong mp3/mp4 playerProducer = Wilson Co. Ltd.Version = 9.1.52Won't play my music just keeps coming up with 'Empty Disk!'It's seriosuly frustrating and yes there are music files on there =-)Any help would be very much appreciated :-DThankyou!!
