Emule Question,Question about "stalled" status

when in emule a file download status turns into "stalled" what exactly does it mean?is that means that this file can't be download any more and there would be no more progress?thanks y'all

Are you even using the official emule client ?

The only client with a "stalled" downloadstate I know of, is "emule plus".

Which is not emule and they have their own support forum.
