EnV 2 Isn't Charging?

I Have The EnV 2 And Its Not Charging Like The Battery Meter Is Moving And Stuff Then Its Not And Please Don't Say To Carry It To Verizon. Give Me Something More Than Just That.

  1. Take out the battery and leave it out for 20 minutes. Replace the battery back in and put the charger on the phone. See if it takes charge.  If it does not then either you have a defective battery, phone is defective or charger is defective.
