Enabled cookies in IE, however still can not save settings in yahoo for english only, not arabic when searchin

Can not seem to correct language for search engine from arabic to englishl. error message says it can not make changes until cookies has been enabled. I made the corrections in IE yet I still get the same error message. how do I fix?

Make sure you don't also have a "delete cookies at logoff" set also.
