Enabling Netbios?

Question

So i go to network and proerties and enable netbios but when i check if it's enabled in cmd it says it's disabled.. If any one can help that would be great thx in advance.

start -> right click computer

click manage

scroll down to services and double click

on the right side scroll down to tcp/ip netbios helper

right click and click properties

change startup type to automatic

click apply

click start

click ok
