Enamel chipping

Question

Hi,I did the mistake of leaving for a few minutes a cookware on the base of the oven (where the element is). Now the base enamel looks a little chipping/cracked but not much damaged though. The oven still looks to work correctly.I was just wondering if this could be toxic or not good to continue cooking in this oven?Thanks for your response!
