Question:

Encoding Audio Files On Nero 7 Premium Reloaded?

Hi i`m curious about encoding WAV 16Bits 44100Hz to 24Bit or 32Bits 48000Hz. Obviously the audio file will under go a up sampling process! and from my knowledge once Digital Audio sampling is increased so does the sound quality. So then does this mean that encoding my files to a higher bit rate and sampling the audio stored can then re-produce nearly Analogue accuracy? but will burning this encoded audio to CD still re-produce this rich and full sound on a standard HI-FI even though the sound system does not have up-sampling digital to analoque converters?

Help will be appreciated...
