Cloudy, rainy and maybe some sun, I would take a jacket in any case, nights are very cold!

Could be cold, could be really warm.  Lately weather's been very weird.  2 weeks ago it was sunny and warm, not it's windy, cold, and wet.  By the 22nd it could be incredibly nice weather or it could be very very cold and rainy.  

Come prepared for anything because there is chance it will feel like late Spring or even Summer...

Girls are just now starting to wear less cloths so I'm seeing skirts now, bared midriffs, more leg is showing too lately.

I tell ya the weather's been really weird here lately...last two years complete unpredictable.

It will be cold! I was there on March 21st last year and will be again on March 21st this year. I left with a severe head cold as I was not prepared for that kind of weather in 2007. Will bring warmer outer clothing this time around :)
