  1. Maybe about 15-16

  2. probably when you become a teen.

but it depends on individual development also.

and plenty of factors can influence a young person's independence and how early it starts, education, personality, maybe even way of upbringing.

  3. it ends then u want it to end ------ i still do and i am 14

  4. early teens.

  5. I think childhood ends when the person realises they're going to die.

  6. I think in general children tend to break away from there aparts around the age of twelve. They lose interest in family time and want to spend more time with there friends. Overall i think it depends on the upbringing of the child. Some families keep "family time" until there children leave home around the age of 18.

    :)

  7. just because you hang around with your parents doesn't mean your a child! anyway erm at like 13 or 14

  8. I think around the time you turn 16 and are able to have adult responsibilities for the first time like driving and working.

  9. that question is relative to the relationship you have with your parents.  I mean i am only 20 but i still hang out with my parents given the opportunity.  For a teenager though its a little different and important that you don't surround yourselves around your parents too much because it is important for you to figure out who you are and some of that calls for either time alone or with peers and role models.

  10. End of childhood comes about with maturation. Maturation begins around 13 years of age. This is when young people start to become more independent, and seek for friends as their main source of influence (instead of their parents).

  11. well, almost never. even when ur married and have kids, you still go out with ur parents some times, or go to see them, or they come to see u. it depends. if u mean the kind of reliability on your parents, probably when u go to college, u rely on no1 but yourself.and there's that one phase at age 16-18 when u lose it and totally block your parents out. but only if your deprived or st.

  12. This varies from person to person and family to family.  My daughter, who is 14, is out and about with her friends a good deal of the time, but still enjoys doing stuff with me - watching dvds, having lunch out, etc.  I think from about age 12 the apron strings start to loosen, as the young person starts asserting their independence.  As a parent, you have to enjoy all the times you spend together and be around to pick up the pieces from any mistakes your son/daughter makes along the way and tactfully offer advice!
