  1. Hi

I believe end of the world will come.  I read this with a lot of fear.  It seems soon to come and will take us away in seconds. But the comfort is we all will go together to another place or just be totally gone for ever.  So somehow I feel a comfort that the suffering will be a very short one to even feel the impact.  Thus, just enjoy life to the fullest now so we will be very satisfied that life though short but full of goodness.

  2. The thing is, if you had seen a vision of massive destruction that could be prevented, would you warn people in clear and uncertain terms not to do it, or would you write an enigmatic little poem about it?

Remember, you can't create matter. In the remote event of a mini-black hole being created it will be no more massive than the protons that created it. A black hole that small will be unstable and break apart in nanoseconds.

Nothing bad will happen, and the end-of-worlders will move on to the next crackpot idea.

  3. I just simply refuse to worry about these things because if the haldron collider doesn't get us then no doubt a massive meteor will find its way to earth and do us all in.  Or failing that the greenhouse problem will get us all.  That is of course if we don't have a neuclear war that doesn't blow us all up.   So you see, if I sat around worrying about all the different ways we could all meet our doom, life would suck pretty bad.  The governements that have this machine are certainly not going to listen if I complain about them having it so what can one do?  Perhaps just get on with life and try not to worry!

  4. yea i watched a program about that machine they created that  will make conditions inside it like the conditions just after the big bang. i never thought about it possibly being dangerous though. c**p well if it happens

im gonna try and get drunk as fast as i can lol

  5. Human can not predict any disasters.Only we can observe and suspect disaters. That may or may not happen.Don't worry .The world will not end all of a sudden. It will be destroyed over millions of year only.

  6. Thats quite scary tbh, at the end with all the ufo sightings talk etc it makes it sound really believable and has got me thinking. Will we wake up on sunday? We better  :P

  7. i think the earth will end when god wants to

  8. Doutful but possible that is why they are building the thing in the frist place to see what will happen. and what new things can be discovered possibly proving the unified field theroy. Proving gravity behaves like a wave same as electromagnetisum. maybe as well proving string theory who know what can come from there other dimentions as the theory perdicts what then, controling gravity?

Anonther good dooms day senario is Geomagnetic reversal of earths electromagnectic poles. Magnetic north has been moving south now for quite awhile. when doing directional drilling one has to use the asmuth reading of north for direction and for many years now it has been moving from true north.

The poles have shifted many times before in earths history from north to south (there is evidence of this in basalt on the ocean floor due to newly released magma as it cools partices will align north to south with magnetic field so they come out as stips over the years) could a full blown shift be happening soon again?  who knows what the turning point will be. but while the shift is occuring we will probably lose the magnetic field above the atmosphere allwoing naster forms of radiation to hit the earth directly. So much for sun screen! Cheimo anyone? Good time to invest in lead. Probably do some damage on all plant life and all life out in the open might be tough to get food then!

    That might suck

  9. The end of the world/earth hasn't yet happened as predicted by the hundreds who have supplied dates!  The reason for this is because mankind is foolish enough to think they are smarter than God. -> His Plan is much more disturbing:  the seven trumpets (Revelation 8 - 9) include 1/3 of the earth being burned up; a giant, burning, meteor being thrown in the sea with 1/3 of the sea being turned to blood, 1/3 of the sea creatures dying and 1/3 of the ships on the sea being destroyed; 1/3 of the sun, moon and stars being darkened.  In Revelation 16, the seven bowls of wrath include the (remaining) seas, rivers and springs turning to blood with everything living in them killed;  the sun becomes powerful enough to scorch people with fire; the Euphrates is dried up so the kings of the east can cross it with their armies of millions;  the largest earthquake ever known will occur - it will cause mountains to flatten and islands to sink and then hailstones, close to 100-lbs. in size will fall upon the remaining people on earth.  The scariest thing will be when people learn their name is not in the Book of Life (Revelation 20) as they will be thrown into the lake of fire.

  10. I didn't click it but if it has the words 2012 on it..

Its fake nobody knows when the world will end. It says in the Bible that God said that only he will know when the world will end. Stuff the Mayans.

If its not about anything I just said sorry but I dont like clicking links.

  11. I believe the end of the world will definitely happen when the sun dies just like any other star would.

  12. The whole world ending probably won't happen until the Sun goes into its Red Giant phase, which will happen about 4-5 billion years from now.

Anyone who thinks it's going to happen anytime soon is probably some evangelical nut job trying to scare people into going to church.

  13. It scares me. I don`t really think the world is going to end on that day, because I watched a documentory about him, and they said he predicted the world would end in the year 3060. Close to that. I don`t exactly remember. I have my doubts though.

  14. Forgive me for chuckling. I'm sure Nostradamus and his 16th century chums down at the local tavern spoke of little else other than Large Hadron Colliders during their evening get-togethers.

Of course, I realise that this is just another case of Nostrdamus' followers 'interpreting' his predictions. Someone has obviously said "Ah, he must have been talking about the Large Hadron Collider when he wrote that verse", the same way they said "Ah, he must have been talking about 9/11" or "He must have been talking about World War 2". The problem is that the only time his followers can claim a correct prediction is after the event. When they try and use his writings to predict something in the future, such as some disaster arising from the Large Hadron Collider, they invariably fail.
