Endless ocean wii help?

i cant seem to figure out how to get the "strong current" to die down in the moia ruins and i am looking for the last two nephrite bits that are in that room please help no guides please i cant understand them

There is no way of turning off the current - you have to find another way in. And as you've already found two of the nephrite pieces it sounds like you have already found that.

There's a map (not a guide) here that shows where all the pieces are:

... you may have to go to the place on the roof where bubbles are coming out first.
