Endospermic seeds and non endospermic seeds?

i was reading about dicot seed n there i saw a line that embro is embedded in the endosperm but i was wondering if its true for both endospermic and non endospermic seeds because endosperm is presend in both only amount is reduced so tell me is this line correct

  1. In dicots that have lost the endosperm, the embryo has no endosperm to be embedded in. They still have a seedcoat for protection.
